CURT Manufacturing focuses on being first-to-market with new custom-fit hitch designs. CURT’s high-quality powder coat finish is applied after sending welded hitches through multiple stages, including a shot blast, wash and preparation system creating a smooth, clean surface. Each hitch is also dipped in liquid A-coat before it receives the powder coat finish. The two coatings cure together in the finishing oven providing the most rust and chip resistant hitch available. CURT’s Class 3-4 hitches have a 2″ receiver opening, and rate 3,500 – 10,000 pounds gross trailer weight (GTW) and 350 – 1,000 pounds tongue weight (TW) capacity. They have weight distributing capacity of up to 12,000 pounds. This receiver hitch does not include a ball mount, so please keep that in mind when ordering. A pin & clip is included with your hitch purchase. All CURT hitches come with mounting hardware and easy to follow installation instructions. CURT is so confident in the quality of their receiver hitches that they back them up with a limited lifetime warranty and a one year finish warranty.
