The locking feature is simple yet effective.This rack comes with the lock and pin also.It has plenty of mounting holes ready to mount just about anywhere.A good product.One important note is that it will only fit the older more narrow type 5 gal tanks, I bought my cans from Lowes. I notice they had 2 different sizes at Lowes, be sure to get the narrow ones. Return policy is problem free at Lowes…
