Only buy this product if color is a concern! A few of quick notes to anyone considering this product:The waterproofing works very well, but note that it’s a surface spray. Unfortunately any oil or grease or other heavy duty waterproofing that is rubbed into the leather will inevitably darken it, so if you want to waterproof light colored suede without darkening it, spray-on is the best you can do. Save my snow suede boots After purchasing suede boots for the winter and really getting my money’s worth of use (so far a total of 80″ of snow this year); I realized my poor ole boots needed help. This kit has come to our rescue. It contains an eraser that does a pretty good job on getting rid of spots, even salt stains, especially using the boot cleaner as long as you let the boot dry out first.
