Heavy weight liner I used this liner along with my synthetic 20F sleeping bag during winter camping in BWCA, MN. I felt really comfortable on temps to 10F using only my base layer underwear. When temp dropped to 0F I used mid-weight fleece pants and cover chest with heavy-weight polartec and it was good. Then temps dropped to -10F and I worn this polartec and covered legs with down sweater and survived. I guess you can use this liner as sleeping bag with temps under 30F.
